The idea of hosting THE LONDON DEMARTINI BOOKCLUB came to me while I was working on specifically what my passion was as a Demartini facilitator. By now there were a fair few facilitators all with their own unique niche or speciality and I needed to know for myself what my mission or logo was.

“to keep working the work” was what emerged and with it a manifesto to put my time, energy and effort into assisting you to turn an occasional workshop or seminar into a “habit” of persistent perseverance in learning to apply the universal laws to your own unique life and self.

Due to my very intense and persistent work of the method on myself and my recovery from ME/CFS long before I got to facilitating and guiding others through it, I became very PASSIONATE about actually doing the work. It was so easy to buy the book, make plans to read it every evening and eventually I would at best just occasionally flip through it. That all changed when I decided that I was going to talk one of my friends into reading THE BREAKTHROUGH EXPERIENCE with me. Week by week be set out which chapters we would tackle and then together do the exercises laid out following each section, one at a time. All over a sudden .. time flew by. All over a sudden…. it felt easy: I had a set day and target of what to read, it didn’t seem overwhelming and more so hearing my friend’s insights and feedback gave me an even deeper understanding of what it was that I was going through. A friend in need is a friend indeed.
